The International Corporation Community Heroes of Korea was founded by a Korean War veteran Sergeant Major of the Colombian Marine Corps Martín Elías Pérez Garcez and the Colombian businessman in the service of the military forces Carlos Augusto Buitrago Alarcón and the Canadian citizen Justin William Connors as one of the first founding members, belonging to the British Commonwealth of Nations.
